Steve joined the AAC staff in January 2005. Prior to NIU, Steve worked both in admissions and academic advising at College of Dupage in Glen Ellyn. He has served in the Army and Army National Guard and has taught English as a second language in Japan. He currently teaches UNIV 101 each fall.

Rachel started her assistantship with the AAC in Fall 2008. She graduated from NIU with a degree in Psychology in May 2008 and has started a master's degree in Counseling.

Aja joined the AAC staff as a graduate assistant in 2009. She graduated from NIU with a degree in Sociology, May 2009. Aja has started a master's degree in Counseling in NIU's College of Education.
