The Academic Advising Center is also responsible for the coordination of the Exploring Majors Center (EMC). As part of the First Year Residential Experience (FYRE) program, the EMC is located in the lower level of Grant South Tower B, one of the residence halls on campus. Students can visit the EMC to find information about all the academic departments and programs available at NIU.
